CRANBROOK, B.C. - Grayson Pawlenchuk and Jeff de Wit both scored twice as the Red Deer Rebels toppled the Kootenay Ice 6-4 on Thursday night in Western Hockey League action.
Ivan Nikolishin had a goal and two assists for the Rebels (25-13-0) with Conner Bleackley adding the other. Wyatt Johnson chipped in with three assists while Jake DeBrusk tacked on two helpers.
Jesse Zaharichuk, Noah Philp, Austin Wellsby and Matt Alfaro supplied the offence for Kootenay (6-31-2).
Trevor Martin made 32 saves for the win as Wyatt Hoflin turned away 26 shots in defeat.
Red Deer scored twice on four power plays while the Ice were 0 for 5.

MOOSE JAW, Sask. — Cole Sanford had a goal and two assists to lead the Warriors past Medicine Hat.
Matt Bradley scored once and added an assist for Moose Jaw (19-13-5), which also got goals from Tyler Preziuso, Max Gerlach, Baxter Anderson and Ty Schultz.
Brett Howden and Nikita Popugaev chipped in for the Tigers (12-21-4).

KENNEWICK, Wash. — Keanu Yamamoto had a pair of goals as Spokane topped the Americans.
Ethan McIndoe, Markson Bechtold and Dominic Zwerger rounded out the attack for the Chiefs (19-14-4).
Parker Bowles scored both goals for Tri-City (15-10-2).
