Pam Anderson looked pretty amazing as she left LAX on New Year's Eve day for Miami ... but when the clock struck 12 ... well, she was a mess.
The 48-year-old hosted the Ultra Lounge at the Viceroy ... and by all appearances she did a bang up job.
