{allcanada} Justin Bieber Sets YouTube Record, Hits 2 Billion Views

24850_Shop Now at Target.com!

His world, indeed.

Justin Bieber just set a major record, becoming the first person to reach 2 billion views on his YouTube channel, with 94 million views in the past month alone (!), according to Gossip Cop.

Talk about Bieber fever.

The "Baby" singer (and Selena Gomez's sweetie) surpassed Lady Gaga's record, who was the first artist to hit the 1 billion views mark in October 2010.

The Biebs couldn't top the outspoken artist when it came to social networking, however.

Gaga is still holding down the fort on Twitter as the most popular celebrity with over 15 million followers (and counting).

SUNRISE, Fla. (AP)—Andrew Ladd(notes) and Kyle Wellwood(notes) each scored goals in a shootout and the Winnipeg Jets beat the Florida Panthers 4-3 on Monday night.

Evander Kane(notes) scored two goals and Wellwood also scored in regulation for Winnipeg. Ondrej Pavelec(notes) had a season-high 39 saves for the Panthers.

Tomas Fleischmann(notes) scored two goals in the third period for the Panthers and Jason Garrison(notes) also scored for Florida, while Jose Theodore(notes) made 28 saves.

Each team scored a goal in the game's final minutes of regulation.

Fleischmann's second goal came on a power play with 2:10 left and gave Florida a 3-2 lead. His shot from between the circles went over Pavelec's shoulder.

The Jets tied it 3-all at 19:10 on Kane's second goal on a shot from in front. The goal was awarded after a video review to determine if there was a high-stick.

Trailing 2-1 in the third, the Panthers tied the game on Fleischmann's first goal. Mike Weaver's(notes) shot was deflected backwards off the skate of a Jets' player. Fleischmann picked up the puck before the defender could find it and swept it past Pavelec on the stick side at 3:13.

The Jets scored the game's first goal at 3:44 of the first. Ladd took the puck from behind the net, then centered it to Wellwood low in the circle. His one-timer beat Theodore.

The Jets stretched their lead to 2-0 on Kane's power-play goal later in the period. Kane grabbed a loose puck in the left circle and his ensuing wrist shot got past Theodore at 9:58.

Florida closed to 2-1 with 20 seconds left in the first when Garrison's slapshot from just inside the blue line went past Pavelec, just under the crossbar. It was Garrison's third goal in three games and fifth of the season, matching his goal total in 73 games last season. Garrison leads all NHL defensemen in goals.

Notes: Florida F Marco Sturm(notes) skated in his 900th career game, becoming the first German-born player to do so in the NHL. … Florida C Marcel Goc(notes) played in his 400th career game. … The Panthers had a season-high 20 shots in the first period and 40 for the game. … The Jets are now 2-1 in their season-long seven game road trip. … The Panthers and the Jets (nee Atlanta Thrashers) played six one-goal games last season, with Atlanta winning four.

{allcanada} Dispute delays revenue-sharing payouts

24850_Shop Now at Target.com!

Revenue-sharing payments to NHL teams and the refunding of player escrow overpayments are delayed indefinitely because the league and the NHL Players Association haven't agreed on hockey-related revenue figures for 2010-11.

This marks the first time since the salary cap was introduced six years ago that checks weren't issued by the end of October.

"As a practical matter, we are already beyond the finalization dates contemplated by the CBA," said NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly. "But, that, by itself is not particularly unusual and has happened in various other years since we entered into this CBA. Obviously, if we do not reach an agreement, and issues remain to be arbitrated, we will be in new territory in terms of timing."

There have always been disputes over what counts as hockey-related revenue, but this squabble is drawing more notice because it has taken more time and involved a larger amount of money. Also early next year, the NHL and the NHLPA will begin negotiations on a new-collective bargaining agreement.

Although there are disagreements on a handful of revenue issues, the biggest one is whether the city of Glendale's $25 million guarantee against the Phoenix Coyotes' losses should count as revenue. The negotiations between the two sides are ongoing.

The money involved is substantial because the league collected roughly $200 million (12.4% of each contract's face value) from players, and probably three-quarters of that money will be returned to players.

Ten teams qualify for revenue sharing, based on market size and their yearly revenue.

Player agent Steve Bartlett said he has fielded calls from some of his clients about when money will be distributed, but he doesn't think there is major concern. Players receive interest on the money held by the league.

"The original (hockey-related revenue) number was pretty favorable, and this dispute can only make it better," Bartlett said. "It can't make it worse."

The NHLPA wanted the NHL to make a partial refund to players, based on the revenue that is not disputed, but the NHL declined that request. It doesn't want to disburse any funds until the final number is determined.

If the matter goes to arbitration, it theoretically could delay matters 45 to 90 days. But the NHLPA likely would request an expedited arbitration process.

{allcanada} Vancouver (5-5-1) at Calgary (4-4-1)

24850_Shop Now at Target.com!

Vancouver (5-5-1) at Calgary (4-4-1)

The Calgary Flames have played well on their six-game homestand. Ending it with a victory over a division rival they have struggled against would make it a whole lot better.

The Flames have received excellent goaltending and offense from an unlikely source in their last two games, patterns they hope to continue Tuesday night against the Vancouver Canucks.

After losing two of the first three games on their homestand, the Flames (4-4-1) have rebounded by outscoring Colorado and St. Louis 7-3 in a pair of victories.

Miikka Kiprusoff(notes) made 28 saves and rookie Roman Horak(notes) had a goal an assist in a 3-1 win over the Blues on Friday.

It was the second straight two-point game for the 20-year-old Horak, who scored his first NHL goal in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Avalanche.

"With every point and when you're getting more ice time, that gives you more confidence," said Horak, five years younger than the second-youngest player on Calgary's active roster, 25-year-old defenseman Chris Butler(notes).

Kiprusoff has won three of his past four starts, posting a 1.51 goals-against average. He figures to be back in net Tuesday, when the Flames try to end a four-game home losing streak to their Northwest Division rivals.

The Canucks (5-5-1) have outscored the Flames 19-8 during those four wins and are 8-0-2 in this matchup overall since a 5-3 loss Oct. 16, 2009.

One reason for Calgary's lack of success in this series is a power play that is 3 for 38 during the 2-8-0 stretch. That unit is currently in a 2-for-21 slump.

"We've been struggling. There's no denying it," forward Alex Tanguay(notes) told the Flames' official website after practice Monday. "We're definitely going to work hard to get it and we've been working extremely hard with different combinations, with different plays out there. It's going to come."

Failure to keep Alex Burrows and Daniel Sedin(notes) in check has been the biggest issue for Calgary against Vancouver. Burrows had five goals and four assists in six meetings last season, while Sedin had four goals and five assists.

This is the start of a six-game trip for the Canucks, who bounced back from consecutive losses with a 7-4 win over Washington on Saturday.

Defenseman Alex Edler had his first two goals of the season with an assist, and Max Lapierre and Chris Higgins(notes) each scored twice as Vancouver exceeded its goal total from the previous three games combined.

"It's so important to get scoring by committee," coach Alain Vigneault said. "That's how you win on a consistent basis. For our team tonight to have both (Lapierre's) line and (Manny Malhotra's)(notes) line come up and score key goals at key times, it was really important, and we're going to hope that continues moving forward here."

David Booth(notes) had an assist for his first point in three games since joining the Canucks. Booth, who has no goals in nine games, has been playing on a line with fellow American Ryan Kesler(notes).

"It's a work in progress, Ryan is not where he can be and David coming into a new environment with a new way of doing things, I see a lot of upside there, but I expect them to be a lot better," Vigneault told the Canucks' official website.

Roberto Luongo(notes) ranks near the bottom of the NHL with a 3.54 GAA but is 7-0-2 with a 1.97 GAA in his last nine starts against the Flames.

{allcanada} Puberty robs Bieber of high notes

24850_Shop Now at Target.com!

Adulthood has robbed Justin Bieber of his high notes.

According to the pop star's manager Scooter Braun, Bieber struggled to record his Christmas duet with Mariah Carey, revealing the teen's voice broke just before he hit the studio with Carey to re-record her festive hit All I Want For Christmas.

And Braun admits his young charge's tone is not as high as it used to be.

The manager tells Billboard.com, "Vocally, his b---- have dropped... A year ago that (singing with Carey) would have been no problem."

And Island Def Jam president Steve Bartels is convinced fans will notice the more adult sound to Bieber's voice on his new holiday album, Underneath The Mistletoe, that is set to be released in the U.S. on Tuesday.

Bartels adds, "The album really shows his growth as a young man, and his voice has just blossomed."

{allcanada} Alfredsson out with concussion

24850_Shop Now at Target.com!

The Ottawa Senators will need to continue their recent success without captain Daniel Alfredsson, who will be out at least a week with a concussion.

Alfredsson suffered the injury in Saturday's game against New York after getting hit in the head by the elbow of Rangers forward Wojtek Wolski.

"At this moment, I guess it's a concussion," said Senators GM Bryan Murray on Monday. "He doesn't have any headaches today and they think it'll be something that - if a concussion ever clears up fairly quickly - he will probably recover from in the next few days. He will be out for at least a week."

Wolski was assessed a two-minute minor for an illegal check to the head on the play, but escaped further punishment from NHL head disciplinarian Brendan Shanahan.

"I told (Shanahan) I didn't agree that (Wolski) did go out of his way a little to make contact - that it was an elbow involved in the play," Murray said. "An elbow to the head ... I was under the impression there would be a suspension. Since our player was hurt in that particular incident, I can't agree with the ruling."

Although Shanahan didn't release an official statement or video on the incident, it's been reported that the NHL's senior vice president of player safety and hockey operations reviewed the video but deemed Wolski's actions unintentional.

{allcanada} Ottawa (7-5-0) at Boston (3-7-0)

24850_Shop Now at Target.com!

Ottawa (7-5-0) at Boston (3-7-0)

The Ottawa Senators have broken free from their early-season slump by producing their longest winning streak in nearly two years.

Their next opponent is still trying to find a way out of its funk.

The Senators seek a seventh consecutive victory Tuesday night when they visit the last-place Boston Bruins, who have dropped seven of 10 to begin their Stanley Cup defense.

After finishing 13th in the Eastern Conference in 2010-11, Ottawa seemed to be in for more of the same after it was outscored 30-15 during a 1-5-0 start.

The Senators, though, have rebounded from those struggles by outscoring foes 21-15 over the past six games - including five consecutive one-goal victories. They've used a number of late scores to keep that winning streak going, but didn't need one in a 3-2 victory over Toronto on Sunday.

Ottawa (7-5-0) went ahead 3-1 with 12:52 remaining on Kaspars Daugavins'(notes) first NHL goal. Robin Lehner(notes) helped his team hold on, making nine third-period saves in winning his first start of the season and earning his second victory in nine career games.

"We've kind of been up and down the hill, but it's all a learning process," coach Paul MacLean said. "We know that at some point in time it's going to come to an end, then we're going to have to get back on the horse and do it again."

The Senators haven't won seven straight since a franchise-best 11-game run Jan. 14-Feb. 4, 2010, but they might have a good chance to get there Tuesday considering Boston's scoring woes.

After finishing fifth in goals per game (2.98) last season, the Bruins are near the bottom so far this season with 2.1 per contest - a lack of production that's one reason they're currently in the East cellar. They scored a season-high six goals in a win over Toronto on Oct. 20 but have been outscored 10-5 in three consecutive defeats.

Boston (3-7-0) produced three goals while getting swept in a home-and-home series with Montreal last week. Tyler Seguin(notes) scored one of those - his third in four games - in the final minute of a 4-2 defeat at the Bell Centre on Saturday.

"I believe in this team. I know what we have," captain Zdeno Chara(notes) said. "I know we are in a deep hole but if anybody can get out of it, it's this team."

Facing the Senators might be just what the Bruins need. They've won four straight against their Northeast Division rivals and 18 of the last 23 matchups, including last season's final two at the TD Garden by a combined 9-1.

To keep that run going, Boston could use an improved performance from a penalty-kill unit that gave up two goals Saturday. Ottawa is the NHL's top team on the power play with a 31.0 percent conversion rate, scoring on seven on its last 17 chances.

"The power play has been pretty consistent for us all year long, and we have some good players we can put out there," MacLean said.

The Senators, however, likely won't have Daniel Alfredsson(notes) available due to an apparent concussion. The captain has 10 goals and four assists in his last 14 games against the Bruins, and registered one of his eight career regular-season hat tricks in Boston on Jan. 18, 2010.

Bruins center Patrice Bergeron(notes), who is on a four-game point streak, had his only hat trick in a 6-0 home rout of Ottawa on Jan. 11.

{allcanada} Police urge charges for those in Stanley Cup riot

24850_Shop Now at Target.com!

VANCOUVER (AP)—In what is called the largest crime spree in Vancouver history, police recommend that 60 people be charged with everything from assault to breaking and entering after the downtown Stanley Cup riot last June.

Police Chief Jim Chu said Monday a forensic video database was used to analyze characteristics of suspects. They asked the Crown to approve 163 charges against 60 people.

The June 15 riot put police under pressure to recommend charges quickly after thousands of people lit fires, burned cars and looted stores following the Vancouver Canucks' loss to the Boston Bruins in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals.

"It became, by many measures, the largest crime spree in the history of B.C.," Chu said at a news conference.

The recommendations have been forwarded to British Columbia prosecutors, who will determine if the charges go forward. Names of suspected rioters were not released.

Chu said officers needed the last four months to investigate.

"In the minds of many, today has been a long time coming and I share those frustrations," Chu said. "I wish there could have been a quicker and simpler way to bring the rioters before the courts, and as tempting as it may have been to some to take those shortcuts, we still believe that we owed it to the victims of the riot and the residents of the community to take the time necessary to build the best cases possible."

Chu outlined recommended charges against three men in their early 20s, including one who saw his picture from the riot posted on Facebook.

The chief said the Vancouver Island man contacted police to apologize for damaging a car and that after police interviewed him, they were initially prepared to recommend a charge of mischief.

But Chu said investigators then searched for the man's description in the database of riot video they'd asked the public to download onto a police website. The computer returned numerous hits showing the suspect allegedly damaging six vehicles, including an unmarked police car.

In another case, Chu said a 21-year-old man's fate was sealed by DNA collected at the scene. He said the same suspect was seen on video looting a store while masking his face with his shirt and punching a random victim in the back of the head, rendering him unconscious.

Chu said a third case involved a man whose newspaper photo showed him reaching into a broken store window. The man told officers he was just touching a dress on a mannequin, but never took it. The video, however, showed him running down the street with the stolen garment and tossing it onto a fire.

"This man is known to police and has a previous criminal history of trafficking drugs and crimes of violence," Chu said. "The people who rampaged that night must be held accountable for their actions."

An earlier report concluded police were overwhelmed by a massive and largely drunken crowd that streamed into the downtown core to watch the game on large TV screens.

{allcanada} GSP wants a piece of Diaz

TORONTO -- UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre reiterated Monday that he wants a piece of Nick Diaz.

St-Pierre was due to fight Carlos (Natural Born Killer) Condit next but asked UFC president Dana White to change his schedule after Diaz called him out on the weekend.

"Thanks to UFC for making Diaz fight happen -- it's the fight I want, St-Pierre tweeted. "Thanks to Carlos as well. See you all Super Bowl weekend.

After defeating B.J. Penn at UFC 137 in Las Vegas on Saturday night, the brash Diaz accused GSP of ducking him.

"I don't think Georges is hurt, I think he's scared," the California fighter sad in the cage.

"George St-Pierre flipped out tonight after Nick Diaz was in the ring," White told the post-fight news conference.

St. Pierre was slated to meet Condit in the main event of UFC 137 but pulled out with a knee injury. The Diaz-Penn fight was then promoted from co-main event.

Diaz was originally slated to fight St-Pierre for the 170-pound title on the weekend card but was pulled from the main event after failing to show up for a pair of news conferences in Toronto and Las Vegas.

Diaz said Saturday night he had to be the "bad guy" to get the GSP fight.

White said Condit had agreed to step aside.

FightMetric, meanwhile, reported Monday that Diaz has set a record for significant strikes in a UFC fight with 178 landed against Penn.

Diaz landed 20 in the first round, 75 in the second and 83 in the third. Penn had 88 in total.

Nam Phan had held the record, landing 174 against Leonard (Bad Boy) Garcia at UFC 136.

{allcanada} Edwin's staying in Toronto

The Toronto Blue Jays have exercised the 2012 option on infielder Edwin Encarnacion for $3.5 million, the club announced on Monday.

The Jays also announced the 2012 option on pitcher Jon Rauch has been declined.

Encarnacion appeared in 134 games, his most in his three years as a Blue Jay, posting a .272 average with 36 doubles, 17 home runs and 55 RBI. He produced a .382 on base percentage after the All-Star break and his 36 doubles were the most in the American League for anyone with less than 500 at-bats.

Rauch appeared in 53 games for the Blue Jays last season, fourth most on the club, recording a 5-4 record with 11 saves and a 4.85 ERA. He spent parts of 2011 as the closer, converting 11 of 16 opportunities.

{allcanada} ROUGHRIDERS' MILLER STEPPING DOWN AS VICE PRESIDENT AND COACH

Ken Miller's tenure with the Saskatchewan Roughriders has come to an end.

Miller announced he will step down from his roles as head coach and vice-president of football operations upon completion of the 2011 regular season.

"Upon the completion of my duties after the end of the season, I am going to enter retirement," stated Miller. "I thank my wife Maureen for her understanding, friendship and support in my coaching endeavors. I'm thankful to Roger Brandvold and our Board of Directors. I especially thank Jim Hopson for his supportive work environment, his cooperation and friendship we have shared."

Miller served as the team's head coach for three seasons between 2008 and 2011, leading the team to back-to-back Grey Cup Finals appearances in 2008 and 2009.

He stepped down as head coach prior to the 2011 season, handing the job over to Greg Marshall. However, after a 1-7 start to the season, Miller took over as head coach once again on Aug. 19.

The team responded well to the change, reeling off three straight wins including back-to-back games against Winnipeg and one against Toronto. However, the team would then lose five straight, including three consecutive games without a touchdown before finally beating Hamilton last Saturday.

The team currently sits on a 5-12 record in 2011 with only an away game in Edmonton remaining on the schedule.

The Riders have not missed the playoffs since 2001 when the team finished 6-12. The last time the team won less than six games was its 5-12-1 finish in 2000.

Miller has a 35-24-1 record as Riders coach.

"It's difficult to put into words how much Ken Miller has meant to the Rider organization," stated Riders President/CEO Jim Hopson. "I can't begin to thank Ken for his passion, commitment and contributions to this team and to our province over his time here."

{allcanada} SEARS TO SPEAK WITH CFL COMMISSIONER ABOUT HIT ON JYLES

TORONTO -- Linebacker Johnny Sears of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers will meet with CFL commissioner Mark Cohon on Tuesday to discuss his controversial hit on Toronto Argonauts quarterback Steven Jyles.

Sears levelled Jyles with a vicious head shot in Toronto's 27-22 road win over Winnipeg on Friday night. Jyles had taken off on a run in the fourth quarter and was sliding feet-first when Sears drove his helmet into Jyles' head, knocking the quarterback unconscious.

Sears was ejected and Jyles eventually was able to walk to the locker-room.

After Cohon speaks with Sears, the CFL is expected to render a decision regarding discipline as a result of the incident.

But Sears' hit triggered a bitter exchange on Twitter involving Argos offensive linemen Rob Murphy and Taylor Robertson, who both have season-ending injuries and didn't attend the game but watched it on TV.

Afterwards, both turned to Twitter to voice their displeasure.

"0 (Sears) is lucky I'm not in the province of Manitoba tonight. They would need the Jaws of Life to pry me off of him. I have a good memory. See ya next year, 0," Murphy tweeted.

Added Robertson: "I don't know who the hell this .0 guy is, but I hope to hell he's in the league next year. I'll take the ejection. I don't care.

"Pretty (mad) at the fact he's standing on the sideline and there isn't someone peeling white jerseys off of him. Cheapest hit I've ever seen."

Winnipeg defensive back Jonathan Hefney responded by tweeting: "Just so y'all know .0 will be fine. He will be in the league next year. Take your shot. I guarantee we will be riding on every single one of y'all."

{allcanada} Taking Pride in Producing in Edmonton

The game of hockey might be all about numbers, but the impact of Ryan Jones doesn't come down to goals and assists.

He's certainly capable of providing offence as shown in his 18-goal campaign in 2010-11, his first full season with the Edmonton Oilers.

For Jones, the 111th overall selection of the Minnesota Wild in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, success isn't governed by what shows up on the scoresheet.

"It's funny that in many ways you're judged by goals and assists and other numbers," said Jones, who grew up in Chatham, Ontario playing minor hockey for the Chatham Cobras A program of the OMHA, moving up to play AAA hockey for the Chatham-Kent Cyclones of the Pavilion League before playing two seasons with the Chatham Maroons Jr.B. of the OHA. "But doesn't mean your game should be measured that way."

Rather, Jones, who earned a scholarship at Miami University in Ohio, spending four years with the CCHA team, sees it in a much different light.

"When you are able to combine being able to chip in offensively with being responsible at your own end of the rink, it can be really effective," said the 6'1", 205-pounder, who made his NHL debut with Nashville Predators in the 2008–09 season opener, scoring his first NHL goal on October 15, 2008 against the Dallas Stars. "You take just as much pride in producing offence as you do in taking away chances."

That's been his calling card since coming to the Oilers when he was claimed off waivers on March 3, 2010 by the Western Conference club.

It's been a perfect fit for both.

In 81 games with the Oilers in 2010-11, Jones finished the season with 25 points and posted a plus-five rating. He scored his first goal of season on October 10, 2010 versus Florida.

Jones has played a strong role in helping Edmonton, who haven't made the playoffs since 2005-06, finishing last overall the past two campaigns, enjoy a strong start to the 2011-12 season.

The 27-year-old, who had 49 points in 42 games during his final collegiate season with Miami University, was buoyed by what he saw in the Oilers even before the regular season got underway.

"Obviously, it's been tough the past little while, but you got a sense that there was a confidence and belief that the tide was turning, even in training camp," said Jones, who is nearing the 200 games-played mark at the NHL level. 'You looked around the room and saw the young talent we have mixed with the veterans and you saw more than enough reason to be optimistic."

So, where does Jones fit in when it comes to his status?

"Well, I came into the NHL when I was 24, so I got a little later start than most guys," he said. "But when you look at the young players, like Jordan Eberle (21), Taylor Hall (19) and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (18), you're more of a veteran, I suppose."

Most importantly, however, Jones is looking to do his part to get the Oilers back in the playoff picture.

Yet despite Edmonton's promising beginning, he's not ready to start thinking far beyond their next opponent.

"You just can't do that," offered Jones. "We know that every game is key, every opponent is tough and netting a playoff spot isn't easy. We're confident in one another and there is a feeling if we stay on course, it could be a good year for us."

A year that Jones is hoping he can do a little bit of everything, including taking on the task of neutralizing their opponents top players.

It's a role he relishes.

"Any time you can take a shift and stop the opposition from gaining any kind of momentum, that's a great feeling," said Jones, who played 18 minutes, had one assist and was a plus-one in Edmonton's recent 3-1 road win against the Colorado Avalanche. "It's a challenge you embrace."

Jones would love nothing more than to be able to put those skills to test once the playoffs get underway. A trip to the post-season would represent his first at the NHL level.

"That's what you play for," offered Jones. "It's all about building towards making that a reality. When you look around our room, you know that's what everyone wants. And it's good to know we've got the guys who can make it happen."

That group would include Ryan Jones, who might not approach the game from a numbers point of view, but a player who always manages to make a point.

{allcanada} Justin Bieber rounds off MTV Europe awards lineup

LONDON (Reuters) - Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has been added to the line-up for the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast on Sunday, when he will join his girlfriend and host for the night, actress and singer Selena Gomez.

The music broadcaster said Bieber and DJ David Guetta were the final acts to be named for the prize ceremony that will also see Lady Gaga, Coldplay and Red Hot Chili Peppers perform on the night.

The surviving members of Queen are also expected on stage for a special performance and to receive the Global Icon award.

Billed as one of the biggest nights in music outside the United States, this year's event has secured a strong list of headliners.

Coldplay have just released their fifth studio album, "Mylo Xyloto," which has hit the top of the charts in Britain and looks set to repeat the feat in the United States when official figures are released.

Lady Gaga is one of the world's biggest and most provocative music stars, teenage sensations Gomez, 19, and Bieber, 17, should appeal to younger fans while Queen will be a draw for older members of the crowd at Belfast's Odyssey Arena.

Despite being held in Europe each year, the awards, most of which are decided by a public vote, tend to be dominated by U.S. artists.

Lady Gaga was the big winner in 2010 and also leads this year's nominations with six.
