[SurroundSound] .iso creation on a Mac w audacity

I recorded a concert the other night in Chicago
I used a four track recorder and recorded two tracks w on stage mics about a foot in front of the stage.
The other two tracks were connected to the soundboard.

So I want to creat four separate mixed tracks and burn them as a four channel audio disc. Pretty much quad right?
And do I create a .iso? I don't know what what is, but it seems to be the way?

Can anyone help me with the work flow?

How do I get four independent .wave tracks burned onto a dvd to play four channels?
