The Montreal Alouettes have released Canadian quarterback Brandon Bridge, according to RDS CFL Analyst Didier Orméjuste.
The Toronto, Ont. native has appeared in four games this season and has rushed for two touchdowns on three carries but has yet to attempt a pass.
Bridge was third on the depth chart behind starter Kevin Glenn and backup Rakeem Cato.
