[SurroundSound] Surround on android tablet?

Hi all,

Is there a way to play surround on an android tablet?

Even lossy DTS will do just fine-

My idea is to integrate a 7" tablet in my car, and get the audio via an optical cable to an old clarion processor with DTS decoding abilities.

I think this is possible using a windows based tablet (not even sure), but they cost much more...

Appreciette any idea any of you might have.
