EDMONTON -- Kicker Damon Duval has a new home.
The Edmonton Eskimos agreed to terms with the veteran free agent Monday. He is expected to report to the CFL team's training camp Tuesday.
Duval spent six seasons with the Montreal Alouettes, helping the team win two Grey Cup titles. He was named an East Division all-star four times (2006-'09) and in 2007 captured CFL all-star honours.
Duval scored a CFL-record 242 points in 2009 and enters the season as No. 17 on the league's all-time scoring list with 1,142 points.
"We reached an agreement with Damon this past weekend and he'll sign upon arrival in Edmonton," Eskimos general manager Eric Tillman said in a statement. "He's a proven CFL veteran and we think he'll help our club in many ways."
