KINGSTON, Ont. — Francesco Arcuri scored twice, Gabriel Frasca had three assists, the power-play unit clicked three times and the Kingston Frontenacs defeated the visiting Kitchener Rangers 5-2 in an Ontario Hockey League game on Sunday.
The Rangers, who haven't played a home game since Sept. 30, actually led 2-1 after the first period on goals by Reid Valade and Simon Motew, but surrendered a pair of goals in the second and third periods to lose their fourth game in as many regular-season outings.
Jacob Battaglia, Linus Hemstrom and Paul Hughes also scored for the Frontenacs, who improved to 2-1-0-1.
Kitchener outshot Kingston 29-28.
STING 6 GREYHOUNDS 2
Ty Voit scored twice and added two assists as the Sarnia Sting won their third game of the young season against the visiting Soo Greyhounds.
Ethan Ritchie, Marcus Limpar-Lantz, Sandis Vilmanis and Marko Sikic also scored for the Sting (3-1), while Matthew Virgilio and Marco Mignosa netted goals for the Greyhounds (2-3).
Sarnia outshot the visitors 36-29.
SPIRIT 5 WOLVES 2
Pavel Mintyukov scored twice and added an assist as the Saginaw Spirit defeated the visiting Sudbury Wolves 5-2.
Josh Bloom, Dean Loukus and Joey Willis also scored for the Spirit (3-2), who trailed 1-0 after the first and led 3-1 heading into the final period. Saginaw had three power-play goals.
Quentin Musty and David Goyette scored for the Wolves (2-3), who were outshot 32-23.
