The Ottawa Senators have signed forward Jayce Hawryluk to a one-year, two-way contract worth $750,000 at the NHL level, general manager Pierre Dorion announced Monday.
Hawryluk spent last season with Skelleftea AIK of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) where he recorded eight goals and 19 points in 39 regular-season games.
Prior to that, the 26-year-old has played 98 NHL games with the Florida Panthers, Ottawa Senators and Vancouver Canucks, registering 12 goals and 27 points over his career.
Hawryluk was selected by the Panthers in the second round, 32nd overall, at the 2014 NHL Draft.
