EDMONTON — Trey Fix-Wolansky scored twice in the third period and the Edmonton Oil Kings came from behind to edge the Red Deer Rebels 5-4 on Sunday in Western Hockey League action.
Fix-Wolansky scored twice in a four-minute span before Vince Loschiavo produced the winner at 13:30 of the third as Edmonton erased a 4-2 deficit to improve to 4-0-2 in its last six games.
Jake Neighbours and Andrei Pavlenko also scored for the Oil Kings (20-12-7).
Reese Johnson struck twice and Oleg Zaytsev and Dawson Barteaux also scored to give the Rebels (21-12-2) a two-goal lead.
Todd Scott made 31 saves for Edmonton as Ethan Anders kicked out 30 shots for Red Deer.
The Oil Kings went 1 for 4 on the power play while the Rebels went 1 for 6 with the man advantage.

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. — Dean McNabb kicked out 43 shots as Regina upset the league-leading Raiders.
Liam Schioler and Logan Nijhoff also supplied the goals for the Pats (12-24-1), who are on a three-game win streak.
Noah Gregor was the lone scorer for Prince Albert (33-3-1), which had its five-game win streak halted. Donovan Buskey made 11 saves in a losing effort.

BRANDON, Man. — Justin Almeida scored twice and Brodan Salmond made 27 saves as Moose Jaw handed the Wheat Kings their third straight loss.
Tristin Langan, Jett Woo, Kaeden Taphorn and Tate Popple also found the back of the net for the Warriors (19-8-6).
Nolan Ritchie and Braden Schneider scored for Brandon (15-13-6). Ethan Kruger stopped 25-of-30 shots through 40 minutes to take the loss. Connor Ungar made nine saves in a period of relief.

LETHBRIDGE, Alta. — Ryan Jevne scored once in regulation and again in the shootout as Medicine Hat slipped past the Hurricanes for its third straight victory.
Joel Craven had a pair of goals in regulation while Elijah Brown scored for the Tigers (20-15-3), who erased a 5-3 deficit late in the third. Jordan Hollett made 36 saves for the win.
Justin Hall, Nick Henry, Dylan Cozens and Jake Leschyshyn scored for Lethbridge (19-10-7). Reece Klassen turned away 31 shots in a losing cause.

Josh Maser scored for the Cougars (12-21-3) at 17:51 of the third to end Garand's shutout bid. Taylor Gauthier stopped 20-of-22 shots in defeat.
