How long ago was that? Honestly when my email got hacked I missed a lot of emails. There's like this big chunk from the hack to eventually google confirming my identity by snail mail because I couldn't remember the questions from when I opened the account. Could you maybe be kind enough to forward the thread to me or repost? I know that's a drag but there isn't anything I can do about that chunk. I've gone back looking for it and do not see it. I'm an old member. I used to be more active but life happens sometimes. I'm still a surround nut though 24 bit stereo recordings are starting to grow on me. I'm still patiently waiting for the surround Renaissance. I would think if they really marketed it it would catch on. They didn't really try very hard back in the early 2000s. The only reason I knew of them was because Best Buy had this huge section devoted to it. Big banners and what not. I think SACDs came first. But they both seemed to trickle on the market about the same time as I remember it. I saw this special on CNN about the early 2000s and they mention Napster but not a word about the new formats that failed. I guess they'd like to forget that chapter, right? Anyway if you can help I'm sorry my email was out when you sent.
