Hi, it´s long time ago, but I used used "Cirlinca DVD-Audio Solo 1.4.4" (up to 5.1, 48kHz) or if you need "more" you have to compress it with mlp ( by SurCode MLP Encoder) and "Minnetonka discWelder Chrome".
As I it used, it works for my and my DVD(-A) Player Pioneer and Oppo. If you have more questions, aks me please ...
