Victoria, BC's Steve Nash, fellow point guard Jason Kidd and Grant Hill are headed to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports the trio have been alerted to their impending enshrinement ahead of a formal announcement made in San Antonio during the Final Four.
Grant Hill, Jason Kidd and Steve Nash have been notified that each will be inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame's Class of 2018, sources tell ESPN. Formal announcement comes at Final Four weekend.

Nash spent 18 seasons in the NBA with the Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers.
An eight-time All-Star, Nash won back-to-back Most Valuable Player Awards in 2005 and 2006 as a member of the Suns.
In his native land, Nash claimed the 2005 Lou Marsh Trophy as Canada's top athlete and won the Lionel Conacher Award as Canada's top male athlete on three occasions.
His 10,335 assists are third-most in NBA history.
Kidd joins Nash in Springfield.
A native of San Francisco, Kidd spent 21 years in the Association with the Mavericks, Suns, New Jersey Nets and New York Knicks.
A 12-time All-Star, Kidd won the 2011 NBA Championship as a member of the Mavs. On four occasions, Kidd was named to the NBA All-Defensive Team.
Internationally, Kidd won two Olympic gold medals in Sydney (2000) and Beijing (2008).
Kidd's 12,091 assists sit behind only John Stockton for most in league history.
Hill spent 18 years in the NBA with the Detroit Pistons, Suns, Orlando Magic and Los Angeles Clippers.
A seven-time All-Star, the native of Dallas was a member of the gold medal-winning USA team at the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics.
Hill won back-to-back NCAA crowns in 1991 and 1992 with the Duke Blue Devils.
The trio will be joined by Maurice Cheeks.
Maurice Cheeks will be inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2018, league source tells ESPN. He will join Nash, Hill and Kidd as part of starry group.

Currently an assistant coach with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Cheeks was a three-time All-Star as a player and won an NBA title in 1983 as a member of the Philadelphia 76ers. He has spent 20 years in the coaching ranks, including head coaching stints with the Portland Trail Blazers, Sixers and Pistons.
