Long time no see. I've been away from the hub for some time now. But I want to be back, now with more surround material. I'l be happy to pay the fee.

What should I do? What's the new address?

Just to remind folks about what the hub is -  it is a hosted DC++ environment where we pool in a shared archive of  Surround Sound and Hi-Res material; lossless and DTS files are also permitted. Look at as a reference library/archive for purveyors of Hi Quality sound.

This means that some really obscure, unreleased stuff has been saved for posterity, - previously a lot of this material was often exchanged on some of the Torrent sites and our objective was to preserve these artefacts.

Membership has always been by reference from peers, or invitation. It requires the filling in of a detailed questionnaire.

Because the hub has now been operating for nearly fifteen  years (I've been admin for the last seven) we now have a number of  legacy accounts the require reconciliation; these have a cost overhead as Hubs are hosted on an account/licence basis, so I will be sending out emails to all about whether they wish to continue. Obviously some email accounts will have been made redundant over the years so there will be a lot of failures. THEREFORE PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE.

Because there is a cost to continue I am now asking for an administrative fee which will be bi-annual or on joining, this is only to cover cost as the hub as this is a labour of love so to speak.

Folks who are hard up/student/etc please let me know and I will waive the fee.

These administrative  fees will  be as follows either $10/10Euro/£8GB.
