DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – For the first time in the history of the NASCAR Pinty's Series, they will race at night at Circuit ICAR this Saturday. The seventh annual Ecko Unlimited 75 will be also held on a new layout at the course located in Mirabel, Quebec. Defending series champion Cayden Lapcevich won the last race for the series at Autodrome Chaudière two weeks ago. Below is a statistical look at the performance of the series and selected drivers:
Ecko Unlimited 75 Setup:
• Defending race champion Andrew Ranger has been victorious in four of the six races held at the facility including three straight wins between 2012-2014 and a second-place finish to Kevin Lacroix in 2015. He was also two laps away from winning the inaugural 2011 event before being involved in an accident.
• Ranger has won 11 of the 22 road course events in series history contested in his native Quebec: four at ICAR, three at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, four at Circuit de Trois-Rivieres.

History
• The International Center of Advanced Racing (ICAR) is located on the grounds of Montreal-Mirabel International Airport, which closed to passenger flights in 2004.
• The racing facilities began operation in 2008 as a private club, and competition was opened to the public in 2009.
• The complex includes facilities for auto and motorbike racing, drag racing and karting.
Notebook
• Robin Buck won the inaugural NASCAR Pinty's Series event at Circuit ICAR on June 5, 2011. Alex Tagliani was the series' first ICAR pole winner.
• Andrew Ranger has won the three races in a row at ICAR between 2012-14. He led wire-to-wire in 2013.
• Qualifying was rained out in 2012. Ranger's pole-winning effort in 2013 established the track record.
• Ranger has led 56-percent (104/184) of the total laps contested in the first six ICAR races.|

• 2017 will mark the second season J.F. will compete full-time in the series. He competed in all 11 events in 2015 in his best season to date finishing the year with four top-five and seven top-10 finishes.

L.P. Dumoulin (No. 47 WeatherTech Canada/Bellemare Dodge)
• The 2014 NPS Champion and 2011 Rookie of the Year has four wins, one pole, 32 top fives and 48 top 10s in 74 career starts.
• Enters this week fourth in the season standings with two top-five and three top-10s finishes this season.

D.J. Kennington (No. 17 Castrol Edge Dodge)
• The 2010 and 2012 NPS champion maintains series records for top fives (79) and top 10s (103), and is the only driver to start each of the 124 all-time events.
• Ranks second in series history in wins (19), laps led (2,938) and ranks fifth in poles (11).
• Sits seventh in points after three races with two top-five and two top-10 finishes so far this season.
• In the six ICAR events he's recorded an average finish of ninth with a best result of fourth last season.
Alex Labbé (No. 32 Cam-Am/Kappa/Cyclops Gear/Lou's BBQ Ford)
• Has two wins (First came at Chaudière – 2016) with five poles, 13 top fives and 19 top 10s in 30 career starts.
• He won his second race three weeks ago in the series' return to Delaware Speedway.
• Labbé leads the points standings after finishing second at Autodrome Chaudière along with his win at Delaware and fifth-place finish in the season opener at CTMP in May.
• Won the pole and finished second at ICAR in 2016 and also has finishes of sixth (twice), 11th and fourth at ICAR the five previous seasons.
Kevin Lacroix (No. 74 Bumper To Bumper/Gates/Go Fast Dodge)
• Has three poles, five wins, nine top-five and 13 top-10 finishes in 21 career starts.
• Only driver to recorded two wins in seven starts during his rookie season in 2015. Won road races at Circuit ICAR and Circuit de Trois-Rivieres.
• Won from the pole at CTMP in last month's season opener and enters this race second in the points standings just two points behind leader Alex Labbé (129-127).
• Finished third at ICAR last year in his only other start in this event.
• Became the first driver in the history of the series to win a caution-free race in 2015 at ICAR in his first start at the track.
Cayden Lapcevich (No. 76 APC/Fastline Motorsports Dodge)
• The defending NPS champion has four wins, 12 top-five, 17 top-10 and one pole in 21 career starts.
• Became the youngest champion in the history of the NPS last season at 16 years, 10 months and 16 days. He also became the youngest race winner in the history of the series with his victory at Wyant Group Raceway last July.
• Finished eighth in his first career start at ICAR last year.
Andrew Ranger (No. 27 Mopar/Pennzoil Dodge)
• The 2007 and 2009 champion is the series' all-time leader in wins at 22 and holds the record for the poles with 20. Has 54 top fives and 81 top 10s in 98 career starts.
• Finished second in last year's final season standings.
• Won last season at ICAR for his fourth win at the track in six career starts. Finished 21st in the inaugural ICAR event, and then won the next three (2012-2014), including the last two from the pole. He led 100 of the 121 laps contested during his four wins on the course.
• Currently holds the series' record for consecutive wins at a track with three (ICAR, 2012-14; Trois-Rivieres, 2008-10).
Alex Tagliani (No. 18 Lowes Canada/EpiPen/St.Hubert Chevrolet)
• Has five wins, seven poles and 18 top fives, 30 top 10s in 48 career NPS starts.
• Four of his five wins at have come on the ovals (Sunset Speedway 2015-16 and Edmonton 2008 & 2016). His lone road course win came last season in Toronto.
• Earned the inaugural ICAR pole in 2011 and again in 2015 and has two top-five and four top-10 finishes at ICAR in four starts at ICAR.
Other Driver Notes
• Veterans Marc-Antoine Camirand will make his first start of the season. Camirand has made two starts at ICAR with a top showing of seventh in 2015.\
• David Michaud will make his second start of the season this Saturday at ICAR. Michaud finished 11th in this race last year in his first start at the track.
• Elie Arseneau scored his best NPS finish to date at ICAR last year coming home fifth for his first career top five in 13 starts overall. His family owns the Circuit ICAR facility.
• Adam Martin finished 15 at ICAR last year in his only start at the track. He enters this race ninth in the points standings with two top-five and five top-10 finishes in nine career starts.
Up To Speed:
• The 2017 season is the second for series sponsor Pinty's and the 11th overall for the Canadian-based NASCAR division.
• The 2017 schedule features 13 races at 12 different tracks across five provinces and featured a return to Delaware Speedway for the first time since 2013 earlier this season.
• Quebec native Kevin Lacroix won from the pole at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in May for his third career series win.
• Alex Labbé made Quebec drivers two-for-two this season after he won the CHOKO/Fast Eddie 250 at Delaware Speedway for his second career series victory.
• Defending series champion and current NASCAR Next member Cayden Lapcevich took the lead late from Alex Labbé to score his first win of the season at Autodrome Chaudière.
