There is another option : Download DVDFab Virtual Drive. Mount your ISO to DVDFab and you have a virtual drive containing the contents of the ISO.

From there you can copy or rip it. (FWIW DVDFab virtual drive is the only one that handles Bluray ISO correctly. BR uses another file system than Windows)

And it's freeware too !

Unpack the ISO with Winrar and use Audiomuxer to grab sound from DVD or Bluray. For DVDA's use DVDAExplorer. 

Both programs are freeware.
