DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — Canadian tennis star Milos Raonic has withdrawn from the final of the Delray Beach Open with an injury, according to the tournament's Twitter account.
Raonic, the tournament's top seed, was to face American Jack Sock in the final.
Sock wins the title in a walkover and will play Canada's Jesse Levine in an exhibition match.
Raonic, ranked fourth in the world, was playing in his first tournament since suffering an injury at the Australian Open and losing in the quarter-finals to Rafael Nadal.
