The Montreal Alouettes are making a change behind centre.

According to Didier Orméjuste of RDS, veteran starting quarterback Kevin Glenn will be replaced by Rakeem Cato.

The move comes after the last-place Als fell to the Ottawa Redblacks 19-14 Thursday night at home.

Glenn, 37, has played in nine games this season, throwing for 2547 yards and 13 touchdowns with 11 interceptions.

The 24-year-old Cato has appeared in 10 games, throwing for 265 yards and a touchdown. This is the Marshall product's second year in the CFL.

Montreal, who is 1-5 at home this season, has lost two in a row and sit dead last in the East Division with a 3-7 record. Next on the schedule is a road clash with the BC Lions on Friday night.
