Forward Drake Caggiula and the Edmonton Oilers agreed to terms on a two-year, entry-level contract Saturday. Financial terms were not released.
Caggiula, 21, scored two goals for the University of North Dakota in their 5-1 defeat of Quinnipiac in the NCAA men's hockey championship game, and he was named the Most Outstanding Player of the NCAA Tournament.
The 5-foot-10, 185-pound forward had 25 goals, 26 assists and a plus-46 rating in 39 games.
In four seasons at North Dakota he had 62 goals and 127 points in 162 games.
