Toronto Raptors head coach Dwane Casey has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for criticizing officials after Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

"There's got to be some consistency. I've been in this league a long time, in college basketball a long time, but there's got to be some consistency," Casey told reporters after the Raptors 99-84 over the Cleveland Cavaliers, cutting the series deficit to 2-1. "The same foul on one end has got to be a foul on the other. I don't know if he's getting hit because of how physical and tough he is, but he's getting cracked."

The Raptors shot just 13 free throws to the Cavaliers' 16, however, Casey was noticeably upset at the lack of calls for centre Bismack Biyombo, who collected a franchise-record 26 rebounds on the night.

"He's getting fouled so much. He's not getting the calls. We shoot zero free throws in the fourth quarter. Zero," Casey said. ""Just be consistent with the calls. The same call on one end has got to be the same call on the other end."
