Since I originally created this thread, I've obtained all of the R.E.M. tracks I was looking for and all of the Pearl Jam tracks with the exception of Alive (Live) and State Of Love And Trust (Live).  I've managed to create 5.1 mixes of Ten and Backspacer and they sound pretty good.

Did you ever get those R.E.M. Rockband MOGG files?  I have a few, but not all.
