BARRIE, Ont. - Alex Nedeljkovic stopped 26 shots and the Niagara IceDogs took control of the Ontario Hockey League's Eastern Conference final by beating the host Barrie Colts 4-1 in Game 2 on Saturday.
Niagara leads the best-of-seven set 2-0, with the series returning home for Game 3 on Monday.
Stephen Harper, Anthony DiFruscia, Graham Knott and Brendan Perlini scored for the IceDogs.
Andrew Mangiapane responded for the Colts, who got a 33-save outing from Mackenzie Blackwood.
Niagara went 1 for 5 on the power play while Barrie scored once on three chances with the man advantage.
