SASKATOON - Brett Howden scored twice and Brody Willms made 45 saves as the Moose Jaw Warriors beat the Saskatoon Blades 4-1 on Sunday in Western Hockey League action for their third straight win.
Brayden Point and Dryden Hunt had a goal and two assists apiece for the Warriors (33-22-8).
Nick Zajac had a power-play goal in the second period for Saskatoon (24-34-4), which had a five-game winning streak snapped. Evan Smith stopped 38-of-42 shots in defeat.
Moose Jaw converted once on four power plays, with the Blades going 1 for 5.

EVERETT, Wash. — Dario Winkler scored a power-play goal late in the third period as the Silvertips slipped past Tri-City.
Patrick Bajkov, on the power play, and Carson Stadnyk had goals in the first for Everett (36-21-6).

KAMLOOPS, B.C. — Mathew Barzal broke a 3-3 deadlock at 17:58 of the third to lift Seattle over the Blazers.
Bryan Allbee had a pair of goals for the Thunderbirds (36-23-3), who extended their win streak to four games. Nolan Volcan added the other.
Dawson Davidson, Ryan Rehill and Gage Quinney found the back of the net for Kamloops (29-25-9).
