After sending Vincent Lecavalier and Luke Schenn to the Los Angeles Kings, Philadelphia Flyers high level prospect Travis Konecny has a new major junior team.

The Ontario Hockey League's Ottawa 67's traded the promising 18-year-old to the Sarnia Sting Wednesday night, according to TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger.

Konecny, a forward from London, ON, has seven goals and 38 assists over 29 games this season in the nation's capital, his third year with the club.

The Flyers selected him with the 24th overall pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

He scored one goal over five games for Team Canada at the recent World Junior Hockey Championship in Finland.

Sarina currently sits fifth in the Western Conference while the 67's are seventh in the East.
