Season series: Forward Mark Stone scored two goals in the Ottawa Senators' 3-1 win against the Boston Bruins on Sunday. David Krejci scored Boston's lone goal.

Senators team scope: Ottawa coach Dave Cameron has not named a starting goalie for Ottawa, but Craig Anderson made 38 saves against the Bruins on Sunday. "Obviously Andy is playing great for us," Stone told the Senators website. "Asking him to do that every night is not going to cut it. We realize he's a big part of our team, but at the same time we understand he can't do this every night." Forward Curtis Lazar, who has been out because of a lower-body injury, will not play Tuesday, according to the Ottawa Citizen. The Senators have lost their past five road games.

Bruins team scope: Boston placed Krejci on injured reserve Monday; he is week-to-week because of an upper-body injury sustained during a collision with Senators forward Bobby Ryan on Sunday. Krejci is tied for the Bruins' lead with 33 points (11 goals, 22 assists). "I don't think that we have a player that can exactly bring what David brings, but I think we have players that can definitely contribute with their work ethic and commitment," captain Zdeno Chara told the Bruins website. Defensemen Torey Krug is day-to-day with an undisclosed injury sustained Saturday against the Buffalo Sabres. "He skated a little bit [Monday]; we'll see how he is [Tuesday] because he is day-to-day," coach Claude Julien said.
