Justin Bieber is back and better than ever.
The singer has become the youngest male artist in Billboard history to debut at number one on the Hot 100 chart with his new hit, "What Do You Mean?"
Bieber – who co-wrote and co-produced the track – previously hit number two back in 2012 with "Boyfriend."
Hot off an emotional performance at MTV's Video Music Awards, Bieber, 21, is gearing up to release his new album on Nov. 13.
Over the weekend, the singer surprised bar patrons at The Venue in Angola, Indiana when he hopped on stage with Bonafide, the cover band scheduled to play.
"He just looked like a normal kid in the bar, except for the hat and hoodie," band member Heidi Herber told WANE.
