Longtime Chicago Blackhawks forward Ron "Chico" Maki died Monday. He was 76.
Maki spent 15 seasons with the Blackhawks, from 1961-62 to 1975-76. He won the Stanley Cup in 1961 and played in three NHL All-Star Games.
The right wing had 143 goals and 292 assists in 841 regular-season games. He scored an NHL career-high 22 goals with 26 assists in 1970-71.
Maki, born Aug. 17, 1939, in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, had 53 points (17 goals) in 113 Stanley Cup Playoff games.
