{allcanada} 'True Detective's' Rachel McAdams and Taylor Kitsch are dating - report

"True Detective" might be more about murder, deceit and Colin Farrell's mustache than romance, but it looks like co-stars Rachel McAdams and Taylor Kitsch might have found some love on set.

According to Us Weekly, multiple sources have confirmed that the two actors are dating. Reps for Kitsch and McAdams did not return Zap2it's request for comment at the time of posting.

An insider claims that although McAdams and Kitsch have not been dating "long," the relationship is "serious." Another source says that the actors have been "friends for years" and "grew closer on set."

McAdams and Kitsch recently finished filming Season 2 of the HBO drama. McAdams plays Ani Bezzerides, a Sheriff's detective who battles the system she serves, and Kitsch plays Paul Woodrush, a war veteran and motorcycle cop for the California Highway Patrol.

"True Detective" airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
