It appears Troy Tulowitzki has been traded to the Toronto Blue Jays.
According to a report from Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal, the shortstop will be coming to the Blue Jays along with reliever LaTroy Hawkins, with Jose Reyes and minor leaguers heading back to the Colorado Rockies.
Blue Jays' third baseman Josh Donaldson seemingly confirmed the trade on Twitter, saying goodbye to Reyes.
Tulowitzki is batting .305 this season with 12 home runs and 52 RBIs. He's a career .299 hitter and has hit 30 home runs twice in his career.
Hawkins, a reliever, has a 3.63 ERA and two saves this season. The 42-year-old has 42 career saves.
