Season series: The Vancouver Canucks are going for the sweep after winning two games against the Chicago Blackhawks, including 5-4 in overtime at United Center on Feb. 11. Daniel Sedin scored two goals, including the game-winner 1:20 into OT, and Henrik Sedin assisted on each.

Canucks team scope: Vancouver has five games left and is in the middle of a road trip against the Western Conference. After wins against the Nashville Predators and St. Louis Blues, they'll play the Blackhawks and Winnipeg Jets before returning home. Vancouver, 24-12-3 on the road, has won five straight road games. The Canucks are 10 points back of the Anaheim Ducks in the Pacific Division and will try to hold off the Calgary Flames, who they lead by four points. Goalie Eddie Lack will start his sixth straight game and 21st in the past 22.

Blackhawks team scope: Chicago, sitting third in the Central Division, is hoping to keep the momentum from a back-to-back sweep at Winnipeg on Sunday and at home against the Los Angeles Kings on Monday. Forward Joakim Nordstrom (upper body) skated in a non-contact jersey; forwards Daniel Carcillo (upper body, day-to-day) and Patrick Sharp (rest) didn't skate. Goalie Corey Crawford will start for the third time against Vancouver. Right wing Patrick Kane practiced exactly five weeks after surgery Feb. 25 to repair his fracture left clavicle. He could have up to seven weeks left in his recovery.
