CALGARY - Skip Brad Jacobs and his Northern Ontario teammates remained undefeated at the Canadian men's curling championship with a 7-4 win over New Brunswick in Wednesday's morning draw.

Northern Ontario (8-0) scored three in the second end and kept New Brunswick (1-6) at bay through nine ends at the Tim Hortons Brier.

Newfoundland and Labrador's Brad Gushue (6-2) solidified his grip on second place with a 9-6 win over Prince Edward Island (2-5).

In other Draw 11 action, Quebec (5-3) earned an 8-5 win over the Northwest Territories (0-7) while Team Canada (5-3) came from behind for an 8-7 win over British Columbia (3-4).

Draws 12 and 13 were scheduled for later Wednesday.
