{allcanada} Sean Avery in a trash-talking war over Hamptons garbage

Former Rangers star Sean Avery, 34, allegedly cursed out the owner of a Hamptons business complex who called him out for leaving his trash in a private dumpster.

William Koral, an owner of Koral Bros. Inc., filed a complaint with Southampton police Tuesday alleging the hockey hothead twice dumped his trash in and around a gated garbage bin at the Water Mill Station complex.

The first time, Koral found a bag outside the Dumpster with mail belonging to Avery and his model fiancée, Hilary Rhoda. The high-end developer then dumped the bag on Avery's property.

Another time, Koral discovered Avery's trash inside the bin, including closing papers on his new Southampton home listing his lawyer. Koral called the attorney, asking him to tell Avery to take his trash elsewhere.

The angry athlete then phoned Koral. "You . . . go through people's garbage?" he fumed, according to a source, before calling him "every four-letter word in the book."

"I'm sorry I left garbage in your Dumpster, but you're a f - - king a - - hole!" the source says he ranted.

But Avery's rep said Koral's been stalking him and the tiff began after Avery refused to sign a jersey for him: "This is really being blown out of proportion." Koral had no comment.
