{allcanada} Oilers' Hall to remain in Edmonton for evaluation

Edmonton Oilers forward Taylor Hall will remain in Edmonton to be evaluated by the Oilers medical team after sustaining a leg injury Saturday in a 3-2 loss to the Vancouver Canucks, the team announced Sunday.

Hall will not join the Oilers for the start of their five-game road trip, which opens Tuesday against the Philadelphia Flyers. He was injured Saturday when he lost his balance, crashed into the Canucks net, and hit his right leg on the goal post and end boards. He had an assist in 6:50 of ice time.

Hall leads the Oilers in scoring with six goals and 10 points in 11 games. His 27 goals and 80 points also led Edmonton last season.
