[SurroundSound] Multichannel to Stereo on a mac?

Hey Folks,
I have a 5.1 mix as a six channel flac file. I want to do a stereo down-mix on my mac so that I can play it on a portable player. The file opens in Audacity, but how do I set the pan pots and the overall volume to create a stereo file?
