Kiefer Sutherland has a new leading lady.
He's dating actress Sofia Karstens, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively.
"They are really happy together," the source says.
The pair have been spending a lot of time together, including a trip to New York City where Sutherland, 47, promoted 24: Live Another Day.
Karstens, 37, has had small roles in film and television, including Lovelace, where she played a piano singer. She had an ongoing part as "Sophia" in The Bold and the Beautiful in 2004.
Karstens married actor Jason London from Dazed and Confused in 2011, but filed for legal separation in February.
Sutherland was previously married to Elizabeth Kelly Winn and Camelia Kath.
Sutherland's rep didn't respond for comment.
