Get Paid To Work From Home
The Montreal Canadiens moved some pieces around at practice on Wednesday, an off-day between Games 2 and 3 of their Second Round series against the Boston Bruins.
Rene Bourque was absent from Monday's practice with the flu. There has been no word as of yet on his availability for Game 3 Tuesday in Montreal.
Ryan White was inserted into the top four lines on Monday, centring Travis Moen and Dale Weise on the fourth line. Daniel Briere was moved to the wing alongside Lars Eller and Brian Gionta in Bourque's absence. Michael Bournival slotted alongside Tomas Plekanec and Brendan Gallagher in the shuffle.
Douglas Murray, meanwhile, moved into the top six defenders beside Mike Weaver, bumping Francis Bouillon onto the fourth pairing alongside Jarred Tinordi.
Alex Galchenyuk skated alone before his teammates on Monday. He is still rehabilitating from a knee injury he sustained against the Chicago Blackhawks on April 9.
The Canadiens and Bruins are tied 1-1 in the series, each taking one game from the opening two at Boston's TD Garden.
