Paul Tracy, who won the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach four times, will add his insights about competing on the temporary street circuit to the NBCSN telecasts on April 12-13.

The 2003 CART champion joins NBCSN, the exclusive cable network of the Verizon IndyCar Series, as an analyst for six of its 13 races this season. The 1993 Long Beach race was Tracy’s first of his 31 career victories.

NBCSN also will televise Verizon IndyCar Series qualifying for each of its races, beginning April 12 (6 p.m. ET). Its coverage of the 40th Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach on April 13 begins at 4 p.m. (ET).

Leigh Diffey returns as the chief announcer, and will be joined by Indy car driver Townsend Bell as an analyst for all events. Wally Dallenbach Jr. also returns as an analyst for select races. Analysts David Hobbs and Steve Matchett, and announcers Bob Varsha and Brian Till will also work select races.

Kelli Stavast joins the NBCSN team as a pit reporter, joining Marty Snider, Jon Beekhuis and Kevin Lee, as well as reporter Robin Miller.

Also, NBCSN will serve as the TV home of the Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires, presenting 10 race telecasts beginning April 4 (4 p.m. ET) with the St. Petersburg 100. The majority of NBCSN’s Indy Lights telecasts will air immediately preceding or following live Verizon IndyCar Series coverage.
