Allright, found the solution for the last problem. Just had to enter "Destination" in foobar's converter setup and mark "Convert each track to an individual file" and tracks won't get merged in one big file anymore.

Got just one more irrelevant question. Can you convert more than 1 file with foobar2000 without them getting merged in one big file? It's kinda pain in the ass to manually convert song by song...P.S. Did you had a good time at the wedding? :D
