WINNIPEG, Manitoba (AP) -- The Winnipeg Jets recalled defenseman Julian Melchiori from St. John's of the American Hockey League on Friday and placed defenseman Mark Stuart on injured reserve.
The 21-year-old Melchiori had 14 penalty minutes in 10 games for the IceCaps this season.
