Software solutions to upsample are a basic function in every soundprogram !

But those only upsample and don't make a difference to the sound, which the hardware in the SA 963 surely does. 

The SA 963 uses a dedicated chip for this function and it adds improvement to the sound. I'm searching for upsample software that makes the same improvement.......
