I am guessing this issue has been covered all ready, but does this mean that there never was an unreleased quad mix of Close to the Edge?   It did get as far as  have a catalog number, but I had never seen it definitively addressed by anyone from the band.   Would have been fantastic to have a release containing the quad AND the 5.1,  but anyway, have never seen a proper official word on this.

Close to the Edge in 5.1! Burning Shed gives your choice of a CD/Blu-ray or a CD/DVD-A. Pre-order one of these and help send the message that we want more like it. I'd love to hear "Tales from Topographic Oceans" in 5.1.

I'm very glad to see these discs at reasonable prices, and not paying 5x the price for boxes and books, for which I can't justify the expense.
