The Edmonton Oilers issued qualifying offers to restricted free agents Taylor Fedun, Teemu Hartikainen, Niko Hovinen, Antti Tyrvainen, Sam Gagner and Magnus Paajarvi on Tuesday.
Colten Tuebert, Alex Plante and Theo Peckham did not receive qualifying offers and will become unrestricted free agents on July 5.
