Justin Bieber was back at 1Oak Tuesday night. After performing at the Prudential Center in New Jersey, the often shirtless star was spotted at the club at a table near singer Rita Ora, who was unwinding after a DKNY shoot earlier that day in Times Square. The two sat at adjacent banquettes and Bieber stuck to water, spies said. Ashlee Simpson , her boyfriend Evan Ross and Lenny Kravitz were also seen at the club till 3 a.m. The trio had earlier met up at Darby Downstairs.
