{allcanada} REPORT: RAPTORS ENTER TALKS TO ACQUIRE CLIPPERS PG BLEDSOE

The Toronto Raptors are reportedly trying to add a highly coveted piece to their backcourt.

According to ESPN.com, the Raptors have joined the Orlando Magic in the chase for Los Angeles Clippers point guard Eric Bledsoe.

Marc Stein of ESPN is reporting that talks between the Clippers and Raptors are still at an early stage but interest in picking up the 23-year-old guard is significant.

The report quotes sources that say the Raptors would try to include forward Andrea Bargnani in the deal for Bledsoe, but that recently-extended guard DeMar DeRozan would be the piece most likely to be sought after by the Clippers.

The Magic are also in the mix for the services of Bledsoe and could possibly be sending guard Arron Afflalo to Los Angeles as part of that transaction.
