The Kamloops centre scored the only goal in a shootout and the Blazers won their 14th straight, 3-2 over the Everett Silvertips on Tuesday night in the Western Hockey League.
The win streak sets a new franchise record for the Blazers. Kamloops won 13 straight games in both the 1986-87 and 1989-90 season.
However, the Blazers had to go down to the wire to break the mark. Chase Souto scored on a scramble out front with 5:21 remaining in regulation to knot it at 2-2.
Elsewhere in the WHL, it was: Raiders 2 Broncos 1 (SO); Blades 3 Pats 2; Chiefs 8 Thunderbirds 2; and Giants 4 Hurricanes 3 (SO).
At Everett, Wash., JC Lipon also scored and Cole Cheveldave made 20 saves in goal for the Blazers (16-0-1), who have yet to lose in regulation this season.
Ryan Harrison and Carson Stadnyk scored for Everett (6-8-2).
Austin Lotz made 26 saves in net for the Silvertips.
Raiders 2 Broncos 1 (SO)
At Prince Albert, Sask.,Leon Draisaitl scored in the shootout and in regulation as the Raiders (10-4-2) defeated the Swift Current Broncos (6-8-4).

At Regina, Josh Nicholls scored twice to help the Saskatoon Blades (6-9-0) edge the host Pats (6-10-1).

At Spokane, Wash., Mike Aviani had two goals and two assists as the Chiefs (11-5-0) routed the Seattle Thunderbirds (7-6-1).

Giants 4 Hurricanes 3 (SO)
At Lethbridge, Alta., Nathan Burns scored in regulation and the only goal in a shootout as the Vancouver Giants (4-10-0) edged the Hurricanes (8-7-2).
