[SurroundSound] Hub connection problem

Mother nature decided to shut down my PC the other night with rather impressive light show. Upon getting the beast up and running again, I find I'm unable to connect to the hub. I'm able to connect to other groups via ApexDC, just not the hub. Port is forwarded.

Getting this error: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

Any suggestions?
