TORONTO -- The Toronto Argonauts are making changes after a last-place finish in the CFL East Division this past season.
Scott Milanovich has been named head coach and Jim Barker will concentrate solely on his general manager duties.
Milanovich has been Montreal's offensive co-ordinator since 2008 and became an assistant coach in 2009.
He helped the Alouettes to a pair of Grey Cup victories.
The Argos finished 6-12 this year and were last in the East with just 397 points scored.
Milanovich turned down the Argos' head coaching position when it was offered two years ago.
