The Saint John Sea Dogs missed out on a chance to take the lead atop the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
Peter Trainor's power-play goal in the third period put the Rimouski Oceanic ahead for good in a 4-3 win Wednesday.

Jonathan Huberdeau, the third-overall pick by the Florida Panthers in June's NHL draft, had two goals for Saint John (14-6-0), while Danick Gauthier also scored.
Elsewhere in the QMJHL it was: Drummondville 4, P.E.I. 2; and Quebec 4, Gatineau 1.
At Rimouski, Que., Huberdeau scored twice in the first period but the Oceanic countered with goals by Straka and Plante.
Mallet put Rimouski up 3-2 at 7:22 in the second, before Gauthier tied the game less than two minutes later.
Oceanic goaltender Jacob Gervais-Chouinard stopped 35 shots for the win, while Mathieu Corbeil made 20 saves for the Sea Dogs.
