The 50/50 star tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, writer Lauren Miller, in Sonoma, Calif., on Saturday, PEOPLE has learned.
The wedding took place in front of family and friends overlooking a vineyard. Guests included Rogen's frequent costars Jonah Hill Adam Sandler, Paul Rudd, among others.
Rogen, 29, and Miller, 30, have been a couple since meeting in 2004, when he was a staff writer on The Ali G Show. They have been engaged since September of last year.
