Gregoire registered one assist in three exhibition contests. The 22-year-old Winnipeg native spent the 2010-2011 season with the University of North Dakota, scoring 25 goals and 45 points in 35 games.
Pesonen, 29, played in four pre-season games for the Jets before his release. Last season, Pesonen competed with Kazan Ak-Bars of the KHL, piling up 14 goals and 13 assists in 46 games.
